History of Carrabba’s Italian Grill

Founded in 1986 by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola, they boast over 200 Italian restaurants across 30+ states as of 2010.   Their main headquarters are located in Tampa, Florida.

In 1993, Carrabba’s joined forces with OSI.   OSI partners with popular chains such as Outback Steakhouse, Roy’s, Bonefish Grill and more.   Most of the dishes today are still used by the original founders.   The company remains private as of today.


Hours of Operation:   Mon-Thurs: 4:00pm-10:00pm; Fri: 4:00pm-11:00pm; Sat: 11:00am-11:00pm; Sun: 12:00pm-9:00pm

Job Description / Average Wage

Server: You will work on a hourly basis.   Your wage will include tips, as well as your hourly pay.   You will be in charge of seating customers, taking orders, as well as bringing them their food.   You will also assist them with any problem, or question that they may have.   The average starting pay is $2 to $7 a hour, plus tips.
