Cariños Italian Grill is a chain of Italian food dining restaurants. The restaurant was founded in 1997 by Brinker International executives Norman Abdallah and Creed Ford. The company was previously known by several names before they decided to call it Cariño’s Italian Grill. The company now has over 170 restaurants all over the United States.

The manager is responsible for the operations of the whole restaurant. They check the status and condition of the restaurant before opening and they make sure that before closing the store, it’s ready for operation the next day. The manager is considered as an additional hand as they provide assistance in both the kitchen and the dining area.

The manager is also responsible in managing all of the staff under their wing. The managers should be able to give excellent training to the customers. They should condition their employees as excellent servers to ensure that the customers will be satisfied with the service that they are provided.

Manager

• Salary: On average, depending on experience, managers get paid anywhere from the $45,000 to $60,000 range.
• Bonuses: There are no bonus structures provided by the company to the managers.
• Profit Sharing: Again, some stores will share stores with their managers, but not all of them do this.
• Stock Options: Most will not provide stock options as part of the pay.

General Manager

• Salary: Depending on experience, general managers get anywhere from $65,000 to $70,000 a year.
• Bonuses: General Managers can receive bonuses which is around $12,000 to $13,000 extra a year in bonuses.
• Profit Sharing: Profit sharing is not shared with general managers.
• Stock Options: Again, there are generally no stock options available for any employees.
