Store Manager: You are in charge of the whole store and must be able to maintain its cleanliness and orderliness. The usual salary for this job is $67,479 a year.

Financial Analyst: You are responsible in analyzing the cost and financial aspect of the corporation and must contribute to the improvement of cost accounting details and formulas. You will also make recommendation on how to effectively utilize the available resources and how audit the dealings and projects of the business. Aside from that, solving complex technical or financial problems are also part of your responsibilities. The average wage for this job ranges from $52, 000 to $57,000 a year.

Team Member: You will act as the face and voice of the company and you are responsible in greeting and entertaining the guests. You will also arrange the merchandise in an orderly manner and make high-quality coffee drinks for the restaurant. Generally, you must be a good contributor in generating more sales for the company. The average wage for this job is $8.23 per hour.

Shift Supervisor: Your primary role is as the second-in-command of the store manager. You must make sure that the team members are exerting a friendly service, quality products and a clean and safe environment at all times and must make each day better for the restaurant. You will also manage the whole team to deliver operational excellence by upholding the policies, standards and practices of the company. The usual wage for this job is $19,148 a year.
