Job Description/Wage Averages

Senior Marketing Executive: This person will be performing marketing functions including product marketing, retention marketing, website management, graphic design, advertising, marketing analysis and communications. He/She has to plan, execute and track the success of marketing operations of the company. Senior marketing executive is also responsible to enhance customer relationships, increase customer retention and sales revenue, create forecasts and pricing strategies, enhance company web presence and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with other companies. His annual salary ranges $50K to $55K.

Sales Representative: This person takes charge in generating sales revenue for the company. He/She will be involve in sales planning and should also work to attain the sales goals of the company. He/She communicates with the customers and will employ techniques to induce sales.

Senior Category Manager: As a product Category Manager, you will be the in charge of developing and implementing product  merchandising strategy in accordance to the plans and goals for the assigned product category.   You will also develop and manage a business plan for the product line; perform vendor management including selection, terms & price negotiation; perform competitive analysis and benchmarking while developing category plans; create product marketing plans including product launch, sales collateral & training that will support sales initiatives. The expected annual salary ranges $99K to $108K.
