The restaurant chain was founded in 1976 in Atlanta, Georgia and they were part of the Pillsbury Corporation. Although the previous owner filed for bankruptcy and about 150 restaurants were closed, several franchised owned restaurants are still in operation under new management.

The manager for Bennigan’s is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Maintaining the reputation of Bennigan’s should be the main priority since they are currently under new management. The customers should be attended to and they should be kept happy and satisfied.
