Ben & Jerry’s is an American ice cream company, a division of the British-Dutch by Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Holdings, Inc., headquartered in South Burlington, Vermont, United States, with the main factory in Waterbury. Ben and Jerry’s has been a maker of delicious ice cream since 1978. The first location was opened in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description/Wage Averages

Customer Business Manager: The primary purpose of the Customer Business Manager (CBM)position is to drive profitable growth with Safeway ahead of category growth. The CBM is responsible for managing the Joint Business Plan and strategic relationship with Safeway related for respective categories. The Customer Business Manager will: manage the full Safeway business for Spoonables, Pourables and Peanut ; liaison Safeway on all Category business issues. Manage the relationship with the category director and interface with the VP and SVP; Coordinate, negotiate and execute business plans; drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency; develop corporate marketing and merchandising programs; champion, and drive, strategic initiatives.

Shift Manager: This person is to assist the Manager/Operator in the complete retail operations of the scoop shop, including the planning, operations, marketing and offsite catering of this location; work with the team to ensure that the implementation of all systems fully support and comply with all operating systems; control all front of the house operations including staff training, product ordering, cash control, cake sales, catering sales, all in store activities. The expected salary is within the hourly average of $8.

Associate Category Mix Manager: This person will assist the Marketing Manager in managing select marketing activities for assigned brands; provide support in managing business in the foodservice environment ; driving select key initiatives for the tea business; manage the foodservice tea business and portfolio; provide input to strategic and tactical planning and execution of product-related activities to achieve short- and long-term growth and profit objectives; analyze Profit and Loss Statements for the category and make recommendations to meet divisional and corporate goals; budgeting and forecasting using both quantitative and qualitative planning to execute product related programs; design and execute multi-level promotional programs to grow business.

Store Clerk: Primarily, the store clerk will order, stock and run company store; abide by all plant Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies; demonstrate safe work behaviors ; order product in a timely manner; stock shelves to ensure product availability; operate register and interact with customers; maintain accurate inventory of all products; perform other duties as required or assigned.
