• Salary: Managers pay can start at $60,000 and can reach up to $152,000 if they have related managing experience.
• Bonuses: Good bonus pay is also part of the salary package and a manager can get $12,000 to $15,000 worth of cash bonus.
• Profit Sharing: No profit sharing is given to the employees that hold this position.
• Stock Options: $15,000 worth of stock options is given to the manager.

Marketing Manager

• Salary: A Marketing manager is given an annual amount of $70,000 to $145,000 the bigger amount is offered for experienced managers.
• Bonuses: No bonus pay is provided to marketing managers, although they get other incentives.
• Profit Sharing: The company does not provide profit sharing as part of the salary package.
• Stock Options: Marketing managers get higher stock options worth $20,000.
