Recruiter: As a Recruiter you will carry strong recruiting skills or have an educational background focusing on recruiting.   The recruiting process includes posting ads, sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interviewing, scheduling, coordination, assessment and hiring all within a team setting. The recruiter will be working to meet monthly hiring goals. The average wage is around $28,000 to $70,000 a year.

Eldercare Resource Coordinator: The Eldercare Resource Coordinator will be working in a team call center environment taking preliminary inquiries from families and asking several phone screening questions to help recognize the appropriate options for the family. The candidate will also help the national sales team to manage leads, maintain contact with clients and move clients forward in the sales process. Additional responsibilities will be assisting our outside sales team in managing their clients’ follow-up, calling them and moving the client through the sales phases using selling skills. Key skills include an engaging and positive phone voice, respectful assertiveness, selling skills and the ability to direct and control a discussion with a client. The position’s average salary is around $36,000 to $39,000 a year.

Data Analyst: The Data Analyst will drive the delivery of standard reporting and ad hoc reporting across all business groups at A Place for Mom. The position will work together with multiple teams across the company to understand reporting requirements and business processes in order to architect the best solutions in the sales organization. The Data Analyst will work within the development team, report to the vice president of technology and partner with other departmental analysts to create a solid, effective multi-tiered reporting arrangement within the organization. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Understand reporting requirements and data sources and turn them into significant information in the form of reports and dashboards.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports to support business reviews and key planning.Work with SQL and Excel among other technologies to extort key data from wide databases and tables.
  • Working to assist the finance, marketing, and sales teams to better understand the business by providing statistical analysis as well as personalized Excel extracts.

The privileged candidate for this position will receive an annual salary of $40,000-$65,000.
