Personal Trainer: Personal trainers provide physical fitness instruction and fitness and lifestyle assessments. Due to rising public interest in health and fitness, there are opportunities to work in a range of settings. Personal trainers are either employed by or work on a freelance basis at fitness centres, health clubs and hotel leisure centres. Some also work in corporate fitness, offering services to employers. Experienced trainers who have built up a reputation may also work privately with individuals. The hourly salary for this position is $15.51.
Assistant Membership Manager: The Assistant Membership Manager ensures that the club provides a high quality enrollment experience for new members. Below are some of your task and responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering the 24 Hour Fitness Service Promise. Contribute to running a clean, welcoming and well maintained club, and executing the team member basics of being on time and in compliance with the dress code.
- Assists the Membership Manager or Club Manager with the training and development of a strong team of membership counselors that delivers on company goals and reflects its values.
The monthly salary for an Assistant Membership Manager is $2,500-$3,400.
Club Manager: The Club Manager guarantees that all membership fitness and service functions within the club, provide the best member experience, team member environment, and achieve financial success. In doing so, the candidate recruits, hires, trains and develops a diverse, high performance team that delivers on company goals and reflects its values. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering the 24Hour Fitness Service Promise. Manage a clean, friendly and well maintained club. Ensure that team leaders create a culture of service and team members consistently execute the service promise. Acts as the key point of accountability for club financial performance and the club experience. Responsible for the successful attainment of club targets such as the member service, cleanliness, revenue, and retention. Your annual salary is $73,625.
