Job Description/Wage Averages

General Manager: As a manager with the Ninety Nine Restaurants, you will be placed in one of our Certified Training Stores for 10 weeks, where you will be given training tailored to your needs. You are in charge of the entire operations of the restaurant; engage in sales planning and design activities in order to attain sales goals; hire and train employees, and must ensure high quality services to the customers.  The wage for this particular position is going to start at $14 per hour.

Busser: The busser maintains the dining room area. He/She needs to dish out utensils which are not in used and should maintain clean and organized dining area.  The wage for this particular position is going to start at $8 per hour.

Prep Cook: The prep cook prepares the ingredients in the kitchen; he must ensure quality ingredients, prepare prep amounts with other staff and should specify prep amounts for a certain recipe.  The wage for this particular position is going to start at $8 to $10 per hour.

Bartender: This position has the responsibilities of requesting or taking orders from and serve beverages to guests; checking on guest satisfaction and handling the payment and complaints/concerns of customers. He/She must have the knowledge of beverage service techniques, and practices of responsible alcohol service. He/She must also maintain a well stocked bar area.  The wage for this particular position is going to start at $8 per hour, plus tips.

Line Cook:  The line cook is in charge of one station on a restaurant line and has the responsibility to set up the work station, prep items for service, clean the station and may also perform general duties like cleaning kitchen equipment, organize produce delivery, train a new cook and perform complete inventory.  The wage for this particular position is going to start at $8 to $10 per hour.
