Job Description and Average Wage

Assistant Manager: He/she will be the one to give orders as to where each employee will be assigned. The Assistant Manager plays a great role in improving the employee’s inspiration and work performances before, during and after work hours.

The average salary of an assistant manager ranges from $31,000 – $33,000 a year.

Retail Sales Associate: Retail Sales Associate is expected to grant all of the customers an admirable service. He/she must be able to interact well with the customers around.
