General Manager: As a General Manager of the company you responsibilities is to:

  • Practice safety as priority #1 for the team and customers.
  • Lead your team with vast customer service skills and strong decision making.
  • Maintain an elevated ratio of return customers throughout great service.
  • Lead a team environment that endorses TA as an employer of choice.
  • Hire, train, coach and construct a strong unified working team.
  • Develop your team members to obtain greater work skills.
  • Champion and improve the TA marketing programs to meet/surpass sales goals.
  • Achieve the financial targets with honesty utilizing TA guidelines.
  • Open message with your District Manager.

The average pay is somewhere between $46,000 a year to $88,000 a year.

Assistant General Manager: As the Assistant General Manager your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Practice Safety as Priority #1 for your team and customers.
  • Assist your GM in leading your team with great customer service skills.
  • Maintain a high ratio of return customers through great service.
  • Coach and develop employees to build a strong cohesive working team.
  • Develop your team members to acquire greater work skills.
  • Support your GM in executing TA marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Help in achieving the financial targets with integrity utilizing TA guidelines.
  • Open communication with your General Manager.

The regular pay is anywhere between $32,000 a year to $50,000 a year.
