The Limited Manager Salary

Trying to escape persecution from their country, Bella Cabakoff flew with her parents in the United States. After working for 21 years she decided to open her own store which was called The Limited. She focused in selling clothing for younger women and from there grew a string of acquisitions that led to the development of several popular brand names such as Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works.

The Limited’s managers responsibility is to perform floor walking and make their presence known both to the employees and the customers. They should schedule meetings both team and one on one to discuss performance. Taking the necessary steps to properly discipline staff and motivate them at the same time.

Part of their duty is the sending of report that would allow the upper management a view on what is happening with the store. Customer should be assisted to make sure that they find what they need. They must change store layouts based on guidelines and make sure to find everything what they need easily.

Store Manager

  • Stock Options: Also like profit sharing, The Limited does not offer the ability to gain stock options.
