She focused in selling clothing for younger women and from there grew a string of acquisitions that led to the development of several popular brand names such as Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works.
The Limited’s managers responsibility is to perform floor walking and make their presence known both to the employees and the customers. They should schedule meetings both team and one on one to discuss performance. Taking the necessary steps to properly discipline staff and motivate them at the same time.
