Art Director: The Art Director provides imaginative expertise and inspiration for design and production for photography projects.   This position is responsible for conceptualization, direction and execution of the creative production photo shoots of catalogs, collateral pieces, web and advertising material.   Ensures that goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.   The average salary for this job is $59,038 a year.

Area Manager: The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities within an assigned store as well as supervising other store managers within a compound store market to support Talbots’ business objectives. Associate Planner: This position is answerable for developing seasonal financial plans for a given channel and providing analytics to support the buy. This position also observes inventory accessibility and other actions that impact the plans and advocates solutions to lessen markdowns.Creates and updates a profitable six month sales and inventory financial plan which serves as the foundation for the buying process.Tracks and forecasts department business against plans via the open to buy process.
