Founded in 1981, Quizno’s now has over 4,000 shops located all across the globe.   From the United States, all the way to the Middle East.   Known for their submarine sandwiches, they are the second largest sub based shop only following Subway.

Job Descriptions / Wage Averages

Crew Member: You’re going to be in charge of making the sandwiches, taking orders, as well as making sure that the lobby is cleaned in your off time.   From time to time, you will have to restock, as well as clean up the back room.   This job pretty much entitles you to do everything.   The average wage for this job is $7 to $9 a hour.

Cashier: On busier days, you   may have to run the cash register.   You sole duty will be to greet customers coming in, ringing up their orders, as well as preparing the sub after it’s toasted.       You will also assist the customers with any add ons that they would like to add to their orders such as the chips, soups and more.   In your down time, you will also be asked to help clean, and maintain the lobby of the restaurant.   On slower days, you may be asked to do the whole line.   The average wage for this job is $7 to $9 a hour.

Shift Manager: Your duty will be to make sure that the shift if running at 100%.   You will assign roles, as well as help with making the subs, cleaning the lobby, as well as making sure that the backroom is fully stocked with supplies.   A shift manager typically makes anywhere from $9 to $11 a hour.

Store Manager: As a store manager, you’re going to help the franchise owner with opening, closing, as well assigning any and all duties to those that are working with you.   Some store managers may also help with running more than 1 location.   There is some training that will be required that may require you to travel out of state.   This position starts at $14 to $16   a hour.

Interview Tips

It pays to have previous work experiences and job related experiences when you apply for a job in this company.
