Job Description/Wage Averages
Cashier: The cashier is expected to help waiters process the customers’ bills, handles the cash and non-cash payments of the customers, and operates the cash register. He/She may also answer and screen phone calls. He/She must help to provide quality services to the clientele. The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
Cook: The cook is the key player in the kitchen who will prepare the menu of the company. He/She makes sure that he will be able to cook foods according to the specified recipe and company standards as well; and must be knowledgeable in arranging the foods attractively. The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
Supervisor: As a supervisor, you’re going to assist with opening up the restaurant as well as making sure that the restaurant is running according to corporate plan. You’ll assign tasks as well as assist other employees with any duties that need help. The average wage can start at $9 per hour.
Marketing Manager: Marketing manager manages all marketing and promotional activities of the company. He/She plans out marketing strategies to reach the sales goals; evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitors’ data and implement marketing plans. He/She will be receiving an annual salary of $72k to $77k.
Accountant: This position ensures that the company is keeping good records and paying taxes properly and on time.
