The P. F. Chang’s China Bistro is actually an American restaurant chain with headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. The chain is one of the few restaurants that offer a dedicated menu to diners that must follow a strict gluten-free diet. Job Description/Average Wage
Server: A server for P. F. Chang’s works with customers taking their orders, setting up their drinks, and then bringing their food to the table. The servers must be friendly and able to explain the dishes that are on the menu to the customer. The average wage for an hourly server is $8.00 an hour.
Server Salary: The salaried server not only serves the food to the customers but often must seat the customer, prepare some of the food in front of the customer, and take payment on their bill. This server must be trained for specialized food preparation. They also must be able to serve the guests at a large table with many orders being given at the same time. Chef: You’re going to be responsible for helping a line of cooks in the back kitchen. You will help open and close the kitchen.
