Job Description and Average Wage

Store Manager: The Store Manager uses and synchronizes all services provided by Lost Arrow Corporation to supervise the retail store consistent with the short and long-term interests of the company, its employees, and the local community in which they work. The Store Manager guarantees the store provides the highest level of customer service possible. A Store Manager promotes and supervises quality of service among staff throughout training and through acting as a positive role model.

The annual average pay for this position is around $34,000-$58,000.

Sales Associate: A Sales Associate offers a complete shopping experience for their customers, involving product knowledge and environmental involvement. A Sales Associate welcomes all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store. He/she will give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries. If the correct information is not at hand, do everything possible to offer an answer before the customer leaves the store. A Sales Associate augments the customer base by means of adding new customers to the mailing list.

The hourly salary is from $10-$12.

Retail Store Keyholder: The Keyholder position provides leadership for the staff through sustaining the highest level of store standards. In-store Visual Merchandiser: The In-Store Visual Merchandiser offers visual merchandising service to a specific Patagonia retail store. This position is liable for the in-store oversight and execution of all merchandising strategies consistent with the company’s goals with regard to image and focus on product sell through.
