Job Description/Salary Ranges

Warehouse Manager: The tasks of the Warehouse manager include receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations and coordinating operational, and personnel policies and procedures. He/She also has to comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; safeguard warehouse operations and contents; control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system; maintain the physical condition of warehouse; supervise the warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. His annual salary ranges $43K to $47K.

Supervisor: The person assigned in this position oversees the whole operation of the store. He/She is responsible in managing and monitoring the activities of the staff in his department and he is going to see to it that tasks of every employee is carried out according to the rules and regulation of the company and in order to attain the goals set in a specified time. He/She will be working with the other people in various departments for strategic planning. His hourly salary ranges $14 to $15.

Salesman:   A salesman is has the primary duty of generating sales and sales leads. He/She is to assess the requirements of the customer, suggest suitable products and alternative options. He/She must be knowledgeable and skillful in making a good sales pitch, to ensure that both the company and the customer end up satisfied with the transactions.     His hourly rate is $9.

Cashier:   Working as a cashier, you’re going to be in charge of running the cash register.   You’re goign to assist with taking cash, credit cards and counting change.   You’ll also make sure that the customer was happy with his/her purchase.   The average wage starts at $8 per hour.
