Job Descriptions / Wage Averages

Associate: Your duties are going to include a little bit of everything.   You’re going to be responsible for either running the front desk, creating meals in the back, or cleaning the lobby.   Every day, you may find that your job is going to be different.   The average wage for a job like this is going to vary.   You should expect to make around $7 – $11 a hour.

Cashier: You’re going to be in charge of running the front counter where you’re going to take orders, accept coupons, run credit cards and more.   After processing the orders, you’re going to be required to gather up the items that they need or pass it onto the kitchen staff.   You will also assist with cleaning, and helping around the lobby to ensure that the restaurant is at 100%.   The average wage is anywhere from $7 to $11 a hour.

Baker: Your sole duty will to be to work in the back room baking any goods with bread.   You will be in charge of processing bagels, as well as preparing breads for sandwiches, as well as bread bowls for the soups.   This job pays an average of $7 to $11 a hour.
