Job Description / Average Wage

Retail Parts Specialist: Your duties are going to include running the counter, where you will help customers as they come in with their problems.   You will help them with the parts that they need for their car, as well as find the parts in the back.   You will also assist with stocking the shelves in the store, as well as ringing up customers.   The average wage for this job is $9 to $18 a hour.

Driver: You will drive parts to local auto mechanics, when they need parts for their shop.   You will assist the parts specialist in finding the parts, and then use the company van to deliver the parts.   You must have a clean driving record, as well as deliver the parts in a timely fashion.   The average wage for this job is $8 to $10 a hour.

Assistant Manager: You will find that you will have to run the store, when the manager isn’t in the store.   You will be asked to open, as well as close the shop.   You will do the same tasks as the associate, as well as do various paperwork, and more.   You will report any problems to the main store manager.   The average wage is anywhere from $9+ a hour.
