Milano operates Me-n-Ed’s Pizzerias, Me-n-Ed’s Slices, Me-n-Ed’s Pizza Pastarias and Angelo & Vito’s Pizzerias. In 2004, Pizza del Pane, a deli-bakery-coffee house concept located in Fresno, California was opened.
At present, there are 43 companies owned and operated restaurants and 18 franchised restaurants located primarily in California and Dallas/Fort Worth. Texas. Job Description/Wage Averages
Kitchen Workers: Kitchen workers are to perform preparation of food; act as customer service representative; take phone orders; operate kitchen machinery; operate cash register; perform product stocking; and maintaining the restaurant cleanliness.
Servers: The servers are responsible in the dining room area and so he must have a dining room awareness and must ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Hosts: The host or hostess will manage and organize the activities of the dining room in the restaurant. Specifically, his tasks include ensuring that all menus are wiped down, free of spots or stains and well cleaned; making sure that the restaurant is clean; checking and planning restaurant reservations; entertaining guests and visitors and performing other duties and responsibilities related to restaurant operations.
Service Manager: This position takes charge of the service staff of the restaurant. He/She is to monitor the performance of the crew and other restaurant worker and ensure that everyone works for the company goals and according to company standards.
Cashier: The cashier is responsible in receiving the customers’ payment which may be in the form of cash or through credit cards; he is also responsible in responding to the customer’s needs and in answering customer inquiries
