History of Ledo Pizza

Job Description/Wage Averages

Pizza Chef: This person heads the activities in preparing ingredients for pizza; ready the pizza dough, grate cheese, slice and chop pizza toppings such as vegetables and meats, tomato sauce, prepare ingredients for calzones, sandwiches, garlic bread and simple pasta dishes. He/She makes pizzas and other foods according to customer orders.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Dishwasher:   Working in the back of the kitchen, you’ll be in charge cleaning up dishes, making sure the front of the store stays clean as well as assist the kitchen staff with cleaning pots, pans and more.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Assistant Manager: The assistant manager will help in providing exceptional food quality and guest service; help in the training and development of their staff;  building sales, controlling costs, and learning all other aspects of the business.   The average wage can start at around $11 per hour.

Cashier:   The cashier works with the other personnel in all sales transactions. Cashiers are responsible for screening and directing incoming phone calls, as well as handling to-go and pick-up food orders and help the servers in the processing of bills-of-sale and credit card transactions.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Line Cook:   The line cook takes the responsibility to set up the work station, prep items for service, clean the station and may also perform general duties like cleaning kitchen equipment, organize produce delivery, train a new cook and inventory.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
