Job Description/Wage Ranges
Customer Account Specialist: This person serves as customer account specialist. Specifically, his roles are to facilitate a working knowledge of an assigned block of client files; offer a second point of contact for customers like resolving complaints; help in calculation of invoices, refunds, and premium and claims collections; address issues regarding customer accounts; cooperate in team goal setting and communicating strategic directions and goals and also serve as a technical trainer for the functional development of other customer account representatives. The hourly rate is $12 to $13.
Cashier: Checking customers out, you’re going to assist them with their order, ring them up as well as take payment in either cash or credit card. Once the order is done, you’ll give them the appropriate paperwork that states when the furniture will arrive and more. The average wage starts at $9 per hour.
Furniture Sales: This person is the in charge of generating sales for the company. He/She will attend to customer inquiries who are visiting the store or through phone calls; he also will help in directing customers who are in need of particular product and will assist the customers to find the best buy for them.
Delivery Department: The one who will be in charge in the delivery department is responsible in delivering orders to the customers in a timely basis.
