Cashier: This person receives the payment of the customers. He must be knowledgeable of the prices of the products that the company offered for sale. The hourly rates is $8 to $10.

Baker: The baker is an important position within the store. Many customers make their decisions to shop at our store because of the quality of the perishable departments and specifically the quality of the bakery products that we make available to them. This position is responsible for creating an appealing presentation of the tremendous variety and selection of cakes, breads, rolls, donuts, and other products that we offer. The product must be fresh — Looks good, smells right; with just the proper feel and firmness for the product.

Service Deli Clerk: The service deli counter clerk is an important position within the store. Many customers make their decisions to shop at our store because of the quality of the perishable departments and specifically the quality of the product that we make available to them. This position is responsible for creating an appealing presentation of the tremendous variety and selection of meats, cheeses, and salads that we offer. The product must be fresh — Looks good, smells right – no bad odors; with just the proper feel and firmness for the product, sounds good (for example a crisp apple has a “snap” when you bite into it), and of course tastes great. The deli clerk can make the difference by the way he or she does their job. We need to treat each individual like a guest in our home — with courtesy, friendliness and the respect that they deserve.

Checker: The checker is the most critical job in the store. The person is the final contact that the store has with the customer. This is the last impression that we have to tell our customers that we appreciate their business and encourage them to return to shop again. What the checker does and how well he or she does their job determines, to a very large extent, whether the customer will come back. It is needed to treat each individual like a guest in our home — with courtesy, friendliness, and the respect that they deserve.
