Job Descriptions / Wage Averages

Sales Associate: This job requires you to assist customers, stock clothing on the shelves, as well as run the cash register from time to time.   While you will be able to pretty much run the whole store, your expected starting pay rate is going to be anywhere from $7 to $10 a hour.

Interview Tips

Depending on the position you have applied, you may go through one-on-one interview, panel interviews, group interviews and phone interviews. You will be informed within 2 weeks for an interview after you have completed the online application form. To improve the chances of being called for the interview, make sure to fill out the needed information on the form.

The interview process with the company involves series of question which are all personal and fashion related. If possible, you better wear Gap clothes when coming for an interview.   Be tactful in answering questions and also be honest in all your answers.
