Job Description/Average Wage

Business Center Manager: The Business Center Manager is accountable for managing the general functions at a low-volume center, including command of team members and the administration of center sales performance, productivity and customer occurrence objectives. The Business Center Manager may also be involved to execute functions usually performed through Team Members within the Center. This will make sure Federal/State Law safety requirements are created within center. In addition, may be required to execute quarterly safety inspections of center and guarantee team members within center are always applying FedEx Office Policies and Procedures.

The hourly wage for this position is around $19-$21.

Center Assistant Manager: The Center Assistant Manager is in command to guide a major center business unit, which comprises decision making in area involving customers, team members, operational concerns, business planning, priority setting, creating staff plans, team member performance assessments, compliance with company policies, and helping the center manager with any and all areas of center business. This person will direct major center business unit which involves managing clients, team members, operational concerns in the consultation zone of the center, supervising and facilitating all production and retail processes including the tracking, pick-up and delivery and quality check procedures.

The average salary varies from $35,000 to $60,000 a year.

Production Operator: The Production Operator is entailed to execute many purposes within the center, including, but not limited to, operating a broad selection of equipment, moving boxes and equipment, operating computers and computerized equipment, writing and filling out forms, sorting and collating papers, following orders from supervisors, and communicating efficiently with other team members. The Production Operator primarily takes part in the production of print, copy and finish orders according to client plans.

The average wage is from $8-$13 per hour.

Package Handler: This position is accountable for the physical weighting, unloading and/or sorting of packages by means of hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a secure and competent manner. Package Handlers may be allocated to or rotate through a choice of areas and positions for example loader, unloader, and scan weigh and key, quality assurance, switcher, facer etc.

The hourly salary starts at $9-$13.

Field Account Executive: The Field Account Executive is responsible for classifying, expanding, and developing FedEx Office’s potential and existing local market customer base. This position needs to meet or surpass sales quotas in existing accounts and territory. Maintain the customary contact with designated accounts, per established sales process requirements. This position also schedules and conducts in person sales calls to incorporate cold calling action as well provide pricing information and pricing levels to named account base, per created pricing rules.

The average salary ranges from $35,000-$58,000 a year.
