Package Handler: There are three sections which of the package handler works in. These sections are: read, scan and load. This manager has to ensure that daily operations are being executed in the right manner and one is resolve daily issues and work staff to improve customer service. Courier: Courier is a person that delivers mail, packages and messages. There are different types of courier, if its only in the city, it can be delivered through bicycle or motorcycle, but if the delivery is over a greater distance, then couriers may use lorries, railway and aircraft. Couriers ensure the safety of the mail, packages and messages. and is also responsible for the item to arrived to its destination in time and undamaged.
