Family Fun Centers (FFC) were established by twin brothers Jim and John Huish for over 40 years ago. It then turned into growing and successful business with locations throughout the Oregon, Wilsonville, and Tukwila, Washington. In the year 1991, the business has purchased the Bullwinkle’s Incorporated, its franchiser. Then there after, in 1994 and 1999, Wilsonville, Oregon and Tukwila, Washington were opened respectively.
Job Description/Wage Averages
Cashiers: This position is the in charge of collecting the payment for the purchased items. He/She must be skillful in operating the cash registers. He/She should please the guests with fast and efficient service. The average wage for this position can start at $8 per hour.
Supervisor: When the main manager isn’t on duty, you’re going to be responsible for making sure that the entire operation is ran according to corporate standard. You’re going to assist with keeping the area clean, helping associates with jobs as well as making sure that customers are happy. You’re going to also assist with opening and closing the operation. The average wage for this position can start at $10 per hour.
Manager: The manager supervises the store. He/She is the overall in charge for all the activities of the club area he is assigned. He/She is also engaged in planning activities to attain the company goals and to plan out activities geared for the satisfaction of the clientele. The average wage for this position can start at $13 per hour.
Servers: The servers take the orders and deliver them accurately and promptly. He/She responds to inquiries of the guest as well as to other needs. He/She must be knowledgeable about all the services and products of the company. The average wage for this position can start at $2 to $3 per hour, plus tips.
