Chipotle Mexican Grill Manager Salary

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a diversion to the typical fast casual food scene in the US. Mainly, they offer Mexican specialty dishes such as burritos and tacos rather than the usual burger and fries. Steve Ells founded the restaurant in 1993 and has now over 1000 locations throughout the world. They have recently released a new mission statement and have pride themselves in exerting the effort of using mostly organic ingredients.

Chipotle managers must be prepared to tackle a very challenging role. They will have to cover several grounds in making sure that the restaurant operates smoothly. The staff is composed by different individuals and answers to the lead manager. As lead manager reports should be sent to the store owner and look after the facilities and service the restaurant has to offer.

As with other restaurants customer satisfaction is king and to ensure that a steady flow of customers walk in, every individual and equipment should be working in good condition. Cleanliness is needed to be checked as this plays a major factor on how the customers look at the restaurant as a whole.
