Back in St. Paul, Minnesota, the first Champps Bar and Grill opened up.   Today, they are known for their burgers, and bar atmosphere, where you can enjoy sports games, and many more.   They have more than just a bar atmosphere, you can find all sorts of americana food from hot dogs to pasta.   You name it, they probably have it.

As this restaurant continues to grow, you may find a location popping up in your location.


Hours of Operation:   Mon-Sat: 11:00am-2:00am; Sun: 10:00am-1:00am

Minimum Age to Work Here:   18 years old

Positions Available:   Waiter, Waitress, Hostess / Host, Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Busser, Bartender, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager

Job Description / Average Wage

Server / Waitress: As a server / waitress, you’re going to serve your customers.   You’re going to take orders, ensure that the food is cooked to perfection, as well as make sure that they are happy.   You will answer any questions that they may have.   In your downtime, you may help in the kitchen, as well as clean around your section.   The average wage is $3 a hour plus tips.

Hostess: You’re going to seat your customers, as well as take reservations over the phone.   If the restaurant is busy, you will take reservations in store, as well as answer any questions that they may have.   You will also seat your customers when it is time to do so.   The average wage is from $8 to $11 a hour.

The Champps interview process may be on one-on one basis and panel interview. Interviewees are potential applicants who are eyed to be best suited in the position after the documents required are submitted. This will usually take place two weeks or less depending on the number of applicants scheduled for interview.
