Job Description/Wage Averages

Theatre Manager: As the manager of a theater, you are expected to work when the action and business is at its highest. Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest times of the week and you should not miss any of the excitement at your theater! You are offered two days off a week, which could include Sundays. Due to the nature of the business, you can expect to work a fair amount of late hours. You must thrive on crowds and the excitement they generate. You should possess strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, acute organizational skills and the ability to handle cash flow and paper work.

HVAC Technician: This position has the primary responsibility that   includes preventative maintenance and repair of commercial rooftop package equipment, exhaust fans, ice machines, refrigerators, and other miscellaneous refrigeration equipment.

Cashier: The cashier collects payments for the theater tickets.   You will also assist with any questions regarding movie times and ticket problems.

Ushers:   They are the people who stay in the doors to collect the tickets.   He/she will ensure that the customer has his/her ticket when entering the door.   If there is a problem with the ticket or the lobby, you must refer to the manager on duty.

Medical and dental insurance is provided on the first of the month following thirty days of employment. The company also offers a 401K retirement plan for those employees at least 21 years of age who have completed 1,000 hours and 12 months of employment. Enrollment is offered to eligible employees quarterly. Cinemark currently matches a percentage of your 401K contribution.
