Job Description/Average Wage

This high energy individual will be part of a group that is accountable for providing their clients with outstanding customer service regarding their agreements and orders. The incumbent of this role should be able to work separately and make successful decisions. Other responsibilities include processing sales order demands for their clients and sustaining an essential part of the order system. In addition, the person in this role will be accountable for maintaining customer account information in their internal databases.

Expected income for annual position is $46,000-50,000.

Field Service Engineer: As a Field Service Engineer, you will work as part of a team supporting their clients mostly in and around Paris but also within the country and with the opportunity of travel to other regions when needed. You will be accountable for installing and servicing equipment and software at client sites arranging delivery and elimination of equipment including administrative transactions. You will be obliged to provide on-call and out of hours cover for their node sites as well as support for their news bureau. We are looking for a candidate who has a desire to learn and develop their technical knowledge. Flexibility is an important attribute for this position.

Expected salary for this position is $48,000 to $85,000 a year.
