Job description/Average wage

Cashier: The cashier is responsible for taking the payment from the members when they make their purchases. They may take the payment in the form of cash, credit or debit card. They are expected to help the customer bag up their items and call for a carry-out service whenever the items are too large for the customer to manage. They must make sure that the cash drawer is in balance at the end of their shift. A cashier normally earns $7.66 an hour.

Member Services: The member service representative helps the member to renew their membership yearly. They also are responsible to gain new members for the club. They help out with other services that the club offers so that the members are kept up-to-date with any programs that are available. The normal wage for a member service employee is $9.20 an hour.

Assistant Manager: The assistant manager helps the manager in doing his job functions in the running of the store. They often take on many of the duties and responsibilities of the general manager. The assistant manager works with the crew members and members of the club. The assistant manager takes charge of the cash office, shipping and receiving, and many other functions required by the business.

Deli / Meat: Working in the deli will enable you to interact with customers.   Your duties are going to include cutting, cleaning meats, prepping pre-made food orders, rotisserie chickens and more.   You will also ensure that all the meats on the main floors are up to par and not expired.   The average wage is anywhere from $11 to $18 a hour.

Front Store Supervisor: Working in the front of the store is going to enable you to work with the cashiers, as well as ensure that everyone is working according to plan.   You will also assist any team member that will need help, as well assist customers with any complaint or concern that they may have.   The average wage is anywhere from $8 to $15 a hour.
