Job Description / Average Wage
Cashier: Working as a cashier, you will ring up the customer as they come up to the counter. You will take their order, as well as answer any questions that they may have. You will also help clean the restaurant, as well as make sure that many of the foods / drinks are stocked at 100%. The average wage is around $8 to $9 a hour.
Kitchen Staff / Food Service: Working in the kitchen, you will help prep the kitchen, where you will help open, as well as close it. You will also prepare the food to the company’s standards. You will cook all food in a timely fashion, and will ensure that it comes out on time. The average wage is $8 to $10 a hour.
Baker: As a baker, you’ll work early morning hours prepping the food for the day. You’re going to help bake goods such as bread, muffins and more following a strict company recipe. Once all the items have been made, they will be brought to the front so that the associates can stock them according to the plan. The average salary starts at $8 per hour.
Shift Manager: Looking over a shift, you will make sure that the restaurant is running at 100%. You will assign tasks, as well as make sure that the employees are all doing their jobs properly. You will also help assist those associates that need help with their jobs. The average wage is around $10+ a hour.
Management: Overlooking the bakery, you’ll be in charge of making sure that the whole bakery is ran according to corporate policy. You’re going to make sure that all the employees are doing well, assign tasks as well as make sure that the bakery is opened and closed at times. The average wage can start at $12+ per hour.
