AirTran Airways is a conclusion of several airlines and lots of difficult task. Job Description/Average Wage

Customer Service Agent: The customer service agents welcome and route passengers at the ticket counter, gate area, baggage service area and assist in operations. As directed, employs standard procedures during overbooked, irregular flights and denied boarding situations. The candidate must have a positive character, professional attitude and appearance. He/She must have the ability to accept personal accountability for resolving concerns; excellent work ethic and demonstrated capability to act with reason and necessity; eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship with a minimum age of 18. High school diploma or G.E.D. Additional education is a plus.     Your average salary will be $16.77 an hour.

Customer Service Lead: In this position you are given a task to guarantee all customer satisfaction. You are responsible for ensuring team building using positive reinforcement techniques, ensuring on-time performance, responsible for ensuring that all baggage is handled with precision and responsible for all safety and accident avoidance as well as in compliance with all FAA regulations and AirTran standard practices.   Your average pay will usually be at $8.44 an hour.

Crew Scheduler: Responsible for scheduling pilots and flight attendants in the daily operation and rescheduling during irregular operations in compliance with FAR’s, labor agreements, and company policy. Candidate support a safe and on-time operational schedule with the FAR’s, pilot and flight attendant contract, and company policy and allocate all open flying to crewmembers.
Your average wage will be from $10 to $11 an hour.

Reservations Agent: As the first point of make contact with for many customers, Reservations agents handle all facets of work connected with incoming customer inquiries with the use of booking reservations for AirTran to guarantee a smooth travel experience. Flight Attendants must be willing to move to any assigned crew base.   Current crew bases are Atlanta, Milwaukee, and Orlando. Flight Attendants may also have to work extended hours due to operational needs.     The average salary for this particular job is $24.25 an hour.
