    • Im 16 turning 17 in december. Im looking for a job and very dedicated to my work and im hard working. And im looking to help out my mother with some bills. 😀

    • It really sucks working here! idk why anyone wants to! i hate it. you barely get hours, the asst. managers are the only ones who get hours. This is not the job for you if youre looking to get paid every other week. this job is more for people who already have money, another job, and just need a discount on their A n F clothes. The employers dont care about you, and trust me, since they hire every week (and fire for that matter) you can always be replaced. Theyre just looking for people to buy the clothes, i.e. not the customers

    • I used to work here for three years as a model at the kids store and adult store. If you like to deal with poor managerial leadership, bad team members, upstuck, snobby customers, Bad hours, Minimum wage pay (It’s 7.25 in florida. It may differ between different states, but trust me, it is crappy pay), work by preference, for example if you look good but don’t put out, your not getting hours and vice versa, look overweight or less than “Abercrombie and Fitch” material, you will work in the back. This equal rights thing is BS even if they say they don’t profile. I even heard an associate getting paid AM (assistant manager) salary by sleeping with one of the managers. Yup. I’ve dealt with at least four or more AM’s losing their jobs to stealing and fraternizing. To save some more lucky souls out there, I tell the newbies to quit now. lol so yeah, if your into a job like that, go for it.
