Job Description / Average Wage

Sales Associate: Working as a sales associate in the store, you will make sure that the customer is having a wonderful experience as they enter the store.   You will make sure that they are finding the shoes that they need, as well as helping the children measure their feet, as well as finding the shoes in the backroom.   You will also be required to ring them up at the customer, upon the completion of the transaction.   The average wage is around $8 to $10 a hour.
