Western Beef is a warehouse style supermarkets established in New York, New Jersey and Florida for over the past 30 years. Western Beef offers their own meat, grocery and produce warehouses.   The warehouses carry both national and private label brands.  Since it operates the said warehouses, this allows Western Beef to buy in volumes direct from manufacturers and farmers, cutting out the middle man to offer the customers with lower prices.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Supervisor: This position takes charge of supervising the location stores of the restaurant. He/she will communicate with the store managers and other employees about the activities of the store in achieving the goals set. This position will also participate in the planning and goal setting activities of the management team.

Manager: The restaurant manager oversees the operation of the store. He/she makes sure that everyone is working according to the company rules and for the attainment of the company goals. He/she hires, trains and assign employees who are fitted for the job. He/she channels with the top management the issues of concerns about the business and suggest possible solutions too.

Cashier: The cashier receives the money coming from sales which payment can be in cash or through credit cards. He/she has enough knowledge as to price and discounts and must work for the satisfaction of the customers too.

Server: The server attends to the needs of the restaurant guests. He/she receives orders and serves them accordingly. He/she promptly and courteously responds to the inquiries and other concerns of the guests and assists the customers to attain satisfaction.
