Job Description and Average Wage
Assistant Manager: He/she will be the one to give orders as to where each employee will be assigned. The Assistant Manager plays a great role in improving the employeeâ€™s inspiration and work performances before, during and after work hours.
The average salary of an assistant manager ranges from $31,000 – $33,000 a year.
Retail Sales Associate: Retail Sales Associate is expected to grant all of the customers an admirable service. He/she must be able to interact well with the customers around. The position is expected to amplify the sales by means of giving terrific services to the customers. It is part of your work to make the customers feel that they are welcome when entering the store.
