Store Manager: The role of the store manager is to administer and direct the operation of a Tire Kingdom retail store engaged in vending tires and associated automotive parts and mechanical services.​  He/​she is accountable for the sales and profit outcomes of the location and the excellence of its operation, in compliance with Tire Kingdom’s policies and procedures.​ The store manager is liable for hiring, training, developing, and evaluating a staff of workers who illustrate quality service, in all features, to Tire Kingdom customers.​ This meets or surpasses Tire Kingdom’s performance standards for excellence and speed of service to their customers.

The yearly average pay for this position is around $33,000-$47,000.

General Service Technician: A General Service Technician will install, balance and fix tires in conformity with Tire Kingdom’s policies, procedures and quality standards. This also unloads, checks-in and stocks arriving tire and parts shipments as well as prepares tires and parts for outgoing shipments. The General Service Technician sustains the organization of a retail store’s inventory of tires and parts.
