Store Team Leader

  • Salary: You will generally be paid on a salary basis.  On average, managers / team leaders report that they get anywhere from $78,000 to as much as $148,000 a year.
  • Bonuses: Bonuses are given out, but they will all depend on your store.  While some store managers report that they have received them, others haven’t.  You can expect an average of $3,000 to as much as $41,000 a year extra, if you receive one.
  • Profit Sharing: A Target store generally doesn’t participate with profit sharing.
  • Stock Options: Target doesn’t participate with stock options.  You will have to purchase stocks on your own.

Team Leader

  • Salary: While Target Stores have a bunch of different departments, you’re going to find that your salary will greatly vary.  Expect pay ranges from $35,000 to as much as $72,000 a year.
  • Bonuses: Bonuses are given out to team leaders based on performances, and your store.  You can earn anywhere from $50 to as much as $15,000 extra per year.
  • Profit Sharing: A Target store generally doesn’t participate with profit sharing.
  • Stock Options: Target doesn’t participate with stock options.  You will have to purchase stocks on your own.

  • Executive Team Leader:  $39,000 to $80,000 a year
  • Sales Lead:  $11 to $19 a hour
