Job Description / Average Wage
Front Desk: You will greet guests, process their reservation, as well as make sure that they are getting the room that they booked. You will also help guests that come into the chain that don’t have a reservation. You will answer phones from other rooms, as well as provide them with any items that they need. The average wage is $8 to $11 a hour.
Hourly Bellman: You will greet guests as they enter the hotel. You will take their baggage, as well as bring it up to their room. As a group leaves, you will bring their bags down to their car, and help them load, as well as unload. You will make an average of $7 to $19 a hour plus tips.

You’re going to also assist guests in their room if they have any special requests. The average wage for a manager starts at $11 per hour and can go up from there based on experience.
