If you’re looking to get a management position with Sears, you’re probably curious on what the position is going to pay.  Listed below are reports of managers, and what they have received in compensation.  Your results may vary depending on experience, as well as location.

Store Manager

• Salary: Store managers are paid on a salary basis.  You will find that you will get paid anywhere from $44,000 to as much as as $95,000 a year.
• Bonuses: Sears does provide it’s management with nice bonuses.  As a main store manager, you can get paid as much as $2,000 to $17,000 extra a year.
• Profit Sharing: Sears generally doesn’t deal with profit sharing.
• Stock Options: Stock options generally aren’t found with upper management.

Assistant Manager

• Salary: Assistant managers are paid on a salary basis as well.  You will earn anywhere from $28,000 to as much as $60,000 a year.
• Bonuses: Bonuses are slim when it comes down to assistant managers.  Your bonuses can range anywhere from $500 to as much as $5,000 a year extra.
• Profit Sharing: Lowe’s generally doesn’t deal with profit sharing, when it comes down to any management.
• Stock Options: Stock bonuses are rare with department managers, but they are given out.  Expect around $100 to $500+ a year, if you do get them.
