Job Description/Wage Averages

Raising Cane’s General Manager (GM): This person leads the restaurant and is accountable for insuring the entire management team and crew understand the passion for the company’s “One Love”- Chicken Fingers. The GM makes an enormous impact on sustaining the culture and  commitment to quality through recruiting, hiring, coaching, training and ongoing development of all the management and crew while maintaining accountability for the overall Financial Performance of the restaurant. They are expected to run a powerhouse operation in a high-volume, high-sales environment all the while being highly compensated for their stellar performance.

Raising Cane’s Shift Manager (SM): The Shift Managers play a vital role in the successful operation of our restaurants. He/She works under the leadership of the General Manager; and so the Shift Managers become highly skilled at effective leadership and manage our crew members in “What We Do” everyday, every shift. SM’s should effectively run shift operations, motivate their crew members and are responsible for the Financial Performance of the restaurant.

Crew Members: Counter crew members focus on giving exceptional customer service to our guests and taking / fulfilling their orders. Counter crew members work the front counter, lobby and drive-thru area of our locations.

Kitchen Crew Members: This person focus on delivering “What We Do” , serving the freshest, never frozen cook-to-order chicken finger meals in a timely manner and to ensure that Raising Cane never sacrifice QUALITY for speed.

Oversees Restaurant Maintenance: This maintains store cleanliness and store image to Cane’s standards.

Vendor Relations & Ordering: The person in this position conducts inventory, identifies items and orders through Cane’s vendors.
