Job Description / Average Wage

Financial Sales: You will be in charge of helping customers set up checking, savings accounts, and more.   You will inform them on what products you have to offer, as well as which ones are going to work out the best for them.   Most consultants will work on salary / hourly basis, depending on your branch.   The average salary is $20,000 to $55,000 a year.

Teller: This position requires no education.   You will work either the drive thru, or you will work the counter.   You will cash checks, work with deposits, or answer questions a customer may have.   In your downtime, you may have to file paperwork, etc.   The average wage is anywhere from $8 to $14 a hour.

Customer Service: You will help customers with any questions that they have that are non-teller related.   You will help set up loans, CDs, as well as point them in the right direction, if they have mortgage questions, etc.   This job is going to pay anywhere from $22,000 to $32,000 a year based on experience.

Branch Manager: As a branch manager, you’re going to be in charge of running the entire bank.   You’re going to help with opening the bank, closing it, as well as the whole hiring process in the bank itself.   You’re going to assist customers with transactions, as well as help the customers that walk in with any main issues that they may have.   The branch manager can make anyhwere from $39,000 to $52,000 a year.
