Formed in 1969 in Alabama, today KinderCare boasts over 1,900+ community centers across the United States.   Each year, over 200,000+ children come to the centers to learn, as well as participate in activities.

Job Description / Average Wage

Lead Teacher: You’re going to be the leader of all the teachers in the group.   You will be responsible for assigning other teachers with tasks, as well as creating schedules, and more.   You will find that you will assist parents with any questions, or concerns that they may have.   The average pay is from $11 to $13 a hour.

Teacher: You will be under the lead teacher.   You will create the activities, play with the kids in the yard, as well as assist parents with questions as well.   You will help with lunches, cleaning the classroom, and more.   When parents come in, you will make sure that the child has everything before they go, as well as assist the parent with any concerns or issues taht they may have.   You’re going to report to the main, lead on the job.   The average wage is $10 to $12 a hour.
