Job Descriptions / Average Wage
Location Manager: You’re going to be running the location as the main manager. Whether you’re going to be running the spot in the airport, or a stand alone building, you will assign tasks, help with customers, as well as make sure that the location is running at 100%. You will report all problems to corporate, or your district manager. The average wage is $31,000+ a year and more.
Customer Service: You will run the main counter. You will assist the customer with their rental, explain policies, as well as make sure that he/she is happy with their rental. You will also help them with any questions that they may have in regards to their order. You will also answer phones, do miscellaneous paperwork and more. The average pay is $8 to $11 a hour.
Transporter: You will work on the floor where the cars are. This is for the bigger locations, such as the airport. You will park cars, bring cars to customers, as well as make sure that everything looks okay with the car. You will hand off paperwork and more. Your job will pay from $8 to $10 a hour.
Manager: You’re going to be in charge of overlooking the entire branch. You’re going to ensure that the entire branch is running according to corporates standards. You’re going to help with customers concerns, as well as help with other associates with the duties that they need help with. You’re also going to help with various managerial duties such as hiring, running payroll and more. The average wage is $30,000 to $53,000 a year.
