Henry’s has opened stores in California and has become a local favorite by offering that same old-fashioned shopping experience. Assistant Deli Manager: The Assistant Deli Manager provides excellent customer satisfaction through the management and leadership of Deli Clerks.  This position is responsible for maintaining high standards in quality, variety, selection, food safety and sanitation for all products produced and sold in the Deli Department. The Assistant Deli Manager is responsible for assisting the Deli Manager in the daily supervision of Deli Department operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, monitoring the quality of deli product, and acting as manager in the absence of the Deli Manager as needed to address employee relations, coaching, and general department supervision needs.

Assistant Grocery Manager:The Assistant Grocery Manager assists the Grocery Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store to meet objectives for sales, margin, inventory, and customer service.  Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards. Provides support to store employees during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise.

Assistant Produce Manager: Fresh produce is among the most sought after products by our customers and is considered a key department in our stores.  The Assistant Produce Manager is responsible for ensuring the produce department provides the highest quality product and service to customers.  Key areas of responsibility include quality control, merchandising, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the produce department, inventory management, addressing employee relations issues, monitoring labor costs, hiring, and assisting the Produce Manager in other leadership duties as needed.The Assistant Produce Manager is responsible for working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers, and Produce Manager to ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food.

Assistant Meat Manager: The Meat Assistant Manager directs and supervises all functions of the meat department in the absence of the Meat Manager.

Bagger: The Bagger is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that the customer’s groceries are handled properly to maintain quality.

Bulk Clerk: The Bulk Clerk is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that Bulk items are properly prepared, packaged and presented.  Ensures cleanliness of Bulk area.

Cashier: The Cashier is responsible for processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service. Additionally, they are responsible for cash register operations and for safeguarding company assets.
