Job Description/Wage Averages

Ticket Sales: This person has the following tasks: Assisting guests with the admittance into the park, including; explaining pricing options and promotions, operating our cash registers and credit card systems, redeeming payments and coupons, and wrist-banding both our general public and corporate picnic guests; enforcing park admission requirements at our entry gates; assisting guests with tube rentals; handling customer questions and conflicts; maintaining the cleanliness and attraction of the entire park; providing excellent guest service by being knowledgeable of the entire park, and interacting with our guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Food and Beverage Staff: The position is in charge in preparing and serving food and beverages in our concession areas; maintaining clean and sanitary food preparation, serving, and dining areas; assist in the game room by cleaning games, filling tickets, repairing games, and redeeming tickets for prizes; maintaining the cleanliness and attraction of individual rides and the entire park; providing exceptional guest service by being knowledgeable of the rides department as well as the rest of the park, and interacting with our guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Ride Park: Safely operating our rides and attractions by helping guests enter and exit rides, communicating and enforcing safety instructions, and watching rides in motion; responsible for understanding and enforcing park rules and carrying out specific emergency procedures if necessary; maintaining the cleanliness and attraction of individual rides and the entire park; providing exceptional guest service by being knowledgeable of the rides department as well as the rest of the park, and interacting with our guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Lifeguard: This person is incharge in surveying the pools and slides to ensure the safety of our guests. He/She is responsible for understanding and enforcing park rules and carrying out specific emergency procedures if necessary; maintaining the cleanliness and attraction of the pools and the entire park.
